Drama Llama Club runs between 3.25pm-4.45pm. Your children will be safely escorted, by school staff, to the class in the main hall to join Drama Llama Club at 3.25pm. Drama Llama Club ends at 4.45pm, please ensure you arrive promptly to collect your child at the end of the session. Please congregate at the steps outside the front office reception and children will be released to those identified as being their parent/guardian or the people you have specific as having permission to collect them, the details of which were submitted with your application form (or can be emailed across if changes/additions need to be made to llama@dramallamaclub.com). Any parent arriving more than 15 minutes late (5pm or afterwards) is likely to incur late collection fees of £5 for every 15 minutes or part 15 minutes.
If, after the four weeks free trial your child wishes to continue attending Drama Llama Club Classes and receive their free, Drama Llama Club member’s t-shirt, we will send you our account details for you to set up a standing order for £17.50 per calendar month. This must be established before any further classes are taken. Classes are £5.50 per week, but as the club is term time only, payments are spread across the year. For more details on this, please see the Pricing page for more details. If you do not wish your child to join Drama Llama Club, please email llama@dramallamaclub.com and we will remove your child’s name from the register, so they are not erroneously brought to the club by their teachers and we will offer your child’s place to any on the waiting list.
Children will bring their bags with them and they will be placed safely in a corner of the hall, though children will be encouraged to retrieve their water bottles at the start of the lesson. A member of Drama Llama Staff will be in the same location as the children’s bags at all times. Whilst every effort is made to ensure their clothing is not affected, accidents do happen during dance and movement, therefore, we cannot take responsibility for any damaged clothing during the activity.
Parents/guardians should ensure children have sufficient water, food, clothing and medication (where appropriate) for the duration of the activity. Drama Llama Club will be providing water, squash, rich tea biscuits and fruit as a small snack, but it is recommended children have a piece of fruit or snack with them.
In accordance with GDPR, your details will be kept on file to enable us to contact you in case of emergency, if you have agreed above, we will also contact you about other Drama
